Returns and exchanges

Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s). Any product return must be in the same condition you’ve received it and in the original packaging. Opened packages (broken crate/torn box/tampered seal etc.) will not be liable for a return/exchange. For incorrect item(s), kindly contact us within 24 hours upon delivery receipt.

Any request for return/exchange must be made within 5 working days upon receipt of the product.

We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the product(s) does not meet the requirements above.
